• Experience in RF design for cellular (GSM/CDMA) and WLAN/WiMax
• Good knowledge of different types of receiver architecture (super-het, ZIF, VLIF etc)
• Experience in board debug, fixing RF related issues in layout
• Experience in RF measurement (using VSA/Vector Sig-gen etc) and calibration
• Working knowledge of RF-BB integration issues (clocking and IQ signal issues)
• Working knowledge of different types of PAs and the effect of PA BO and nonlinearity (IIP3/1-dB Compression etc) on system performance
• Good understanding of phase noise, IQ imbalance, clock -carrier synchronization issues
• Last but not the least: MSEE (or higher) degree from a reputed institution

• Experience with VoIP media processing components like speech codecs, echo cancellers, telephony modules like tone generator, DTMF detector, Video codecs etc.
• Good programming experience using C/C++ and embedded programming
• Porting and optimization of Speech codecs and other complex voice media processing components to DSP and RISC processors
• Experience in working with ARM, MIPS RISC processors
• Exposure to Linux and Windows Mobile operating systems and the platform audio interfaces
